At Jenny Craig we craft and introduce foods that are nutritious, perfect portion versions of your favourites, so you can eat what you love.
 
However, in the rare case you are not completely satisfied with our food, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact us on 0800 555 123 within 5 days of receiving your order
  2. Return the remainder of your food to us (excluding any frozen items)
  3. Once received, we will refund you in full – no questions asked!

How does the Satisfaction Guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied with your first order, please call our Customer Care team on 0800 555 123 within 5 days of receiving your order and let us know why. You will then be asked to return the remaining dry food items within a further 5 days, for a full refund.  The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for new customers, on their first order only.  There is a limit of one per customer.

Please note our Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in good faith. We ask that it is only used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with our products.

What are the eligibility requirements?

To be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your first order and return the remaining dry food items to us, within a further 5 days, for a full refund. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for new customers, on their first order only. There is a limit of one per customer.

How long do I have to claim my refund?

You have 5 days to claim your refund, from the date you receive your first order.

What will be refunded?

You will be refunded your first order in full, including any delivery charges and additional items such as Jenny Craig vitamins, as applicable. You will not be refunded the cost of any membership. Please remember, if you wish to seek a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

When will I get refunded?

Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned order (dry food items only).

Do I have to pay for shipping costs to return my order?

Yes, customers are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the food back to Jenny Craig Customer Care Head Office. Any carrier of your choice may be used. We suggest that you keep a record of your shipping method including a receipt and tracking.

Can I return my food to a Jenny Craig Centre?

Can I still purchase a meal plan from Jenny Craig if I've claimed the Satisfaction Guarantee refund?

Yes. However, you will not be able to obtain a Satisfaction Guarantee refund on a second occasion. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only  valid for new customers, on their first order only.  There is a limit of one Satisfaction Guarantee per one customer.
