  • Can I change my order?

    It is not possible for us to change an order once it has been placed. We can cancel your order so you can place a new one, as long as it is 48 hours...

    When your order is dispatched you will receive a text message with a tracking link. Another text message will be sent when your order has been delivered along with a photo of its location.

  • Damaged or faulty items

    If any items in your box are damaged when you receive the delivery, please take a photo of the item as soon as you are aware of the issue...

  • Can membership discounts be applied to online orders?

    Membership discounts are only valid for orders purchased from a consultant. They cannot be applied to Simple Convenience food boxes ordered online.

  • Can I pick my order up from my local centre?

    Orders placed online can only be delivered, not collected from your local centre. Orders placed as part of our weight loss program with a consultant, can be collected from selected Jenny Craig centres. Please speak to your consultant to confirm this service is available.
