- Do I need a Jenny Craig Membership?
- No, you do not need to purchase or hold any type of membership with us in order to purchase our Essential Meal Plan.
- Can I personalize this plan?
It is not possible to swap any meals/ items from the Essential Meal Plan.
Rather, if you wish to choose a particular selection of meals/items, please call 0800 502 302 and this will put you in contact with the closest Jenny Craig Centre, where a Personal Coach will be able to assist you.
- What are my delivery options?
- We offer flexible delivery options including Delivery and Click & Collect. Please select your preferred delivery option at checkout.
- What are my payment options?
- Payment for all online orders may be made by credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard) or by Afterpay or Zip.
- What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
- If you are not satisfied with your first order, please call our Customer Care team on 0800 502 302 within 5 days of receiving your order and let us know why. You will then be asked to return the remaining dry food items within a further 5 days, for a full refund. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for new customers, on their first order only. There is a limit of one per customer.
