Tell us a bit about you and what life was like before you joined Jenny Craig.

I was a busy housewife who never made time for herself, overweight, unhealthy and had low self-esteem. It was difficult for me to find clothing my size and I tried many different diets to no avail.

Why did you decide to join Jenny Craig?

I had to do something about my weight. My mobility was limited, my heath was suffering, and I couldn’t do daily tasks properly. With encouragement from my family and faith in myself, I made the phone call to the Jenny Craig, Rockingham centre.

Can you describe your experience on the Jenny Craig program?

With the ongoing support from my consultant Carey, we’d discuss the week’s menu and how to overcome any challenges, and the convenience of having prepared meals, it felt like I had all the right tools to help me achieve my goals.

Do you have any favourite items from the Jenny Craig menu?

My favourites are Chicken Pad Thai and Satay Chicken. The meals were filling and delicious.

Tell us about your Jenny Craig Consultant?

My consultant Carey has been very supportive and encouraging. She has been there every step of the way, listening to me and helping me overcome any challenges. Over the past 12 months, we have formed a friendship I will never forget.

How do you feel now that you’ve lost the weight?

I feel more energetic, confident and active, I now walk 4.5km every day. Losing the weight has turned my life around and given me a more positive outlook on life. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, sticking to this program.

Do you have a standout moment on the Jenny Craig program you’d like to share?

Reaching my goal weight was so amazing! It was worth everything. I felt so proud of myself, that I managed to achieve this awesome milestone. I hope my story helps to inspire others to reach their own goals.
