Tell us a bit about you and what life was like before you joined Jenny Craig?

Since moving away from home and working shiftwork, food became about what was yummy and easy – my portion control was horrible. I struggled being comfortable in my body.

I was sick of being the ‘big girl’, sick of never being able to find clothes on the rack that fit and looked good. I also hated being sore after two games of netball.


Do you have any favourite items from the Jenny Craig menu?

My favourites are Chicken Pad Thai, Cheesy Popcorn, Roast Vegetable Pizza, Chocolate Pudding, Malty Grain and Flakes and Fibre. Easy meals to prepare that encourage and create good eating habits


Tell us more about your Jenny Craig Consultant:

Wendy was so supportive and positive, she helped me continue to push past every little goal I had and motivated me to keep going if I had a bad week.


How do you feel now that you’ve lost the weight?

I feel so much lighter, I love walking long distances and exploring with the dog. Shopping is enjoyable and everyday life is easier.


Do you have a standout moment on the Jenny Craig program you’d like to share?

Every week stepping on the scales and having success and feeling proud of myself.
