Spiced Mexican Chocolate Mousse

Serves: 1

You will need:

  • ½ cup skim milk
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper or chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 sachet of Jenny Craig Chocolate Mousse


1. Add the vanilla extract, cocoa powder and spices to the milk and mix together.

2. Add in Jenny Craig’s Chocolate Mousse and prepare as per instructions.

3. Serve with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
