Salted Maple & Cashew Granola Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Jenny Craig Salted Maple & Cashew Granola
  • 2/3 cup reduced fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 small frozen banana, roughly chopped
  • Pulp of 1 passionfruit)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • ¼ fresh mango, sliced
  • ½ cup blackberries


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine yoghurt, banana, passionfruit and ice, blend on a high speed until a smooth consistency.

  2. Pour into a medium sized bowl and top with Jenny Craig Salted Maple & Cashew Granola. Scatter with pomegranate arils, mango and blackberries.
