Raspberry Yoghurt Soft Serve

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries,
  • Additional fresh raspberries for serving
  • 1 small frozen banana, chopped
  • 200g natural fat free yoghurt
  • ¾ cup ice
  • Natural sweetener to taste (optional)

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender/food processer and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Scoop into your serving bowl and garnish with additional raspberries
