Banana Ice Cream

Serves: 1

Grocery count (per serve): 1 Fruit serve (take yoghurt from your dairy serves)

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp fat-free yoghurt

Method

  1. Place the frozen banana and yoghurt in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop out blended banana (this should be the consistency of soft serve) and place into a serving bowl.

Enjoy!
