Raspberry & Lime Iced Tea

Picture this – the sun is shining, you’re with you favourite people about to enjoy a celebration and you have this refreshing iced tea in your hands. Sounds good right? This raspberry and lime iced tea recipe is so simple to make and is sure to be a party favourite!

Serves 2


  • 2 white tea bags
  • 500ml water
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • 2 sprigs of mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence


  1. Boil water and steep tea bags for 2-3 minutes. Cool down to room temperature, add 3 slices of lime, raspberries, sweetener (if using), mint and vanilla.
  2. Squeeze in the juice of the remaining lime and stir. Place in the fridge until chilled.
