Keep warm with these new winter items to add to your menus from Monday 6th May.

Bangers and Mash

Back by popular demand, these tasty beef sausages are sure to please. Served in a rich onion gravy with creamy mashed potato, it’s the perfect winter warmer dinner. Add some crisp steamed beans and carrots with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Quiche Lorraine

A delicious combination of bacon and cheddar cheese in a fluffy egg filling, encased in a shortcrust pasty. Try serving this hot pastry delight with some grilled red capsicum, diced cucumber and baby spinach for a filling dinner.

Beef Nachos

These Mexican-style beef nachos served with crunchy tortilla chips feel like the ultimate indulgence. Why not cut up your own fresh salsa using diced tomato and red onion and a little squeeze of lime. For those who like it hot, try adding a little fresh chilli or your favourite hot sauce.

Trio Spice Mix

A lightly spiced mix of peanuts and noodles make this snack a tasty treat. Enjoy with some dried apricots using your Fruit serves.
