Hawaiian Pizza Toastie

Pineapple on pizza? We say yes! This simple take on the Ham & Cheese Toastie will have you saying ‘aloha’!


  • 1 Jenny Craig Ham & Cheese Toastie
  • 1½ tsp tomato paste
  • ¼ cup tinned pineapple pieces
  • 40g grated reduced fat cheese


  1. Thaw the Jenny Craig Ham & Cheese Toastie in the fridge overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C and line a tray with baking paper.
  3. Split the Jenny Craig Ham & Cheese Toastie in half lengthwise and evenly spread the filling over the 2 halves. Top each half with tomato paste, pineapple and cheese.
  4. Place onto the lined baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes until lightly golden.
