Herby Tartare Sauce

  • ¹∕³ cup low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 4 unsweetened gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped Pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined.
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to mingle.
