Life is never busier than when you have a beautiful new baby to care for! It’s also important to make sure you’re taking care of yourself by nourishing yourself and looking after your health. The great news is our program can also be tailored to meet the needs of new mums (6 weeks post-partum), which will take care of all the stress and time associated with preparing healthy meals for yourself! On this program you will receive:
An individualised kilojoule level meal plan, taking into account your age, current weight and physical activity level, and whether or not you’re breastfeeding your baby.
Weekly one-one-one support from your Consultant, with advice on how to get all the required nutrients and vitamins as well as how to stay on track while juggling the demands of being a new mum.
