Meet Casey Donovan’s Coach

Casey Donovan has lost an incredible 15kg in 12 weeks with the support of her Jenny Craig Coach, Angela. Let’s get to know Angela and how she’s supporting Casey in her weight loss journey with Jenny Craig.

 

 

Tell us about your role at Jenny Craig…

As a Jenny Craig Coach, my role is to support and guide our clients to achieve their goals.  It’s all about empowering clients to achieve the best results possible – through one on one coaching and education to help our clients make long term lifestyle changes for good health and wellness.

 

What are you most passionate about in your role?

Supporting our clients along their journey to make their goals come to life!  The most rewarding part of my role is watching the transformation in our clients both physically and emotionally as they become healthier and happier versions of themselves.

 

What has been your proudest moment working with Casey on her weight loss journey?

It would have to be Casey hitting double digit!  It almost brought me to tears when she sent me a photo of her weigh in and it was under 100kg!

What she has achieved so far on the program is incredible and I am so proud and happy for her to reach this milestone and look forward to supporting her reach her goal!

 

 

How do you tailor the program for Casey’s busy schedule?

As Casey has a busy touring schedule, we’ve been able to plan ahead and for some weeks, we split Casey’s menu and organise part of it to be supplied from one centre and the rest from another, depending where she is.

We have access to over 50 centres across Australia which makes it easy to have food delivered to Casey wherever she is working around the country.

Casey is great in that she plans her meals well in advance – so planning ahead made it easier her for stay on track even with her busy schedule.

 

 

 

What have been some of the challenges Casey has faced on her journey so far?

One challenge for Casey has been regular travel interstate for work and juggling sticking to the Jenny program at the same time.  We worked through what the best Jenny Craig meals were to travel with and how to pre-prepare  – like cooking the Veggie All Round in advance and wrapping in foil, pouring cereal in small plastic containers and packing cutlery ready to go, so she wouldn’t need to be looking for utensils on the road.

Another challenge is the physically demanding aspect of Casey’s work. So this is where the Free Food List and Grocery Items on Casey’s menu has really helped in keeping hunger at bay, her favourite snack is corn thins and roasted seaweed.

 

How do you feel now that Casey has passed halfway on her journey?

I am absolutely thrilled with her progress! Casey is so deserving of her incredible result; she’s feeling great and already looking amazing!

I’m so excited to continue this journey with Casey all the way to her goal and beyond.  She is a Superstar!
