Losing weight doesn’t mean saying goodbye to your favourite comfort foods. On the Jenny Craig menu we have plenty of nourishing comfort foods and delicious recipes that will help keep you satisfied whilst on your weight loss journey.

Here are some of our favourite Jenny Craig comfort foods.


Creamy Vegetable Pappardelle

Who said you can’t have creamy pasta and lose weight? Our Creamy Vegetable Pappardelle is made with long strands of al dente pasta tossed in a light cream sauce with vegetables and a hint of parmesan cheese. It’s packed with flavour and is perfectly indulgent. You can serve it with baby spinach stirred through, or why not try serving with steamed greens and plenty of freshly cracked black pepper. A delicious solution to your pasta cravings whilst on your weight loss journey.


Tortellini Soup

This Tortellini Soup is a delicious twist on one of our classic lunch favourites. Our Vegetable Tortellini is made with tender vegetables encased in silky pasta and is paired with a hearty vegetable soup. The vegetable soup recipe can be doubled to enjoy throughout the day as a delicious Free Food snack. But we love it as a warming lunch on a cold winter’s day.


Roasted Vegetable Pizza

Who said you can’t mix the words weight loss with pizza? Nothing says comfort food like pizza! Our delicious Roasted Vegetable Pizza is made on a golden pita base, topped with tender roasted vegetables and crumbled fetta cheese. It’s the perfect meal to wind down with after a long week and is even better paired with our Rocket, Pear & Goats Cheese Salad.


Jennystrone

Our classic Jennystrone soup is made with our popular Creamy Vegetable Soup and is the ultimate lunch time dish to cosy up with while on your weight loss journey. For an extra hit of flavour, toast your accompanying slice of bread and lightly rub with a clove of raw garlic. Simply rubbing it once or twice with the garlic will be enough to infuse your bread with an aromatic garlicky flavour and will make your lunch feel all the more satisfying.
